Karen and Nadia first crossed paths four years ago while collaborating on a wedding project, and they are excited to be working together again. With an impressive record of over 900 weddings, Karen brings a wealth of experience and an eye for detail that ensures every event runs smoothly. Meanwhile, Nadia's dual expertise in weddings and graphic design allows her to create stunning visual elements that elevate the overall aesthetic of each celebration. Together, they form a formidable team, blending Karen's organizational prowess with Nadia's creative flair to deliver memorable experiences for couples and their guests.

We believe every love story is one-of-a-kind, and your wedding should be, too. Our mission is to help you craft a day full of personalized and unforgettable experiences that reflect your unique style and vision. Then when the big day arrives, you can relax knowing your event is in good hands, and will be executed to your exact specifications.

  • Use the button in the top corner or bottom of our website to go directly to our inquiry page so we can learn a little more about your event!

  • Once we have confirmed availability for your date, we will send over a more in depth questionaire to help us get to know the ins and outs of your wedding with a little more detail. This will allow us to best understand how we can help create your perfect celebration

  • Based on the information provided, we will put together a service proposal for your event. We will consult with you on our recommendations, but ultimately the choice is yours
    Not seeing exactly what you’re looking for? We can look at some custom and a la carte service options as well to ensure you have all the support you need for your day!

  • Once you've signed your contract and sent in your initial deposit, we can get to work. Our team will contact you with a date for our initial consultation, and also a list of documents and information we still need, such as copies of contracts and key contacts (such as parents, MOH, Venue contact etc). We'll start getting to work on creating your Event guide- a detail document we use to oversee flawless execution on the day of your event!

  • Once we hit our start date, depending on the services you've selected, it's full steam ahead for our team! From connecting with vendors, to reviewing details with you, we'll be there to ensure you are feeling ready to enjoy your big day exactly the way you dreamt!

  • On the Day of your wedding, we want you to relax and enjoy every minute. We will take care of all communication with the venue and vendors, as well as resolve any hiccups or last minute details with your event day vision in mind. So have another mimosa, and relax! Today is your day!
