01. Month-of Wedding Coordination

Starting 8-12 weeks before your event, our skilled team will take over all the final details. From vendor communication and contract review, to set up of personal details and table styling, we'll take care of it all while you enjoy the celebrations leading up to and on the big day

02. Day-of Wedding Coordination

For the Bride that prefers to do it herself, Starting 2 weeks before your event, our skilled team will begin to take over the final details. From a contract review with each vendor, to set up of personal details and table styling, we'll ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

03. Wedding Design Guide

If you're still early in your planning process and having trouble bringing your vision together, this is the package for you! Through a detailed conversation we will provide you with a vision board for your day, as well as a detailed list of vendors that can provide all the elements you are looking for to create your special day. This make the process easy for you to contact and book your services at your discretion.

This package can be booked as a single service, or as an add-on to one of our event coordination packages.

TIMELINE: 4-6 weeks

  • Detailed Timeline Creation

    Assistance in creation of a detailed timeline based on vendor service times and consultation with the couple and their photography team.

    $250+

  • Floorplan Assistance

    Creation of an Excel chart to organize guests by families and categories (e.g., Friends of, Family of). Our team will develop a detailed floorplan with labeled guests for your review.

    $350+

  • Rehearsal Dinner

    Our team will oversee coordination of the rehearsal either at the ceremony venue or alternate space, as well as management of the Rehearsal dinner timeline .

  • End of Event Tear-down

    The team will stay past midnight to oversee & assist with tear down at the end of the night and ensure the safe packaging and return of all personal items

Do I really need a wedding coordinator?

In our opinion, yes! We think every couple should hire a wedding coordinator to help manage and execute their special day!

Look, we get it. Movies and TV have made this type of service seem like a luxury only used by couples with a sky-is-the-limit budget. And yes, there are lots of planners and coordinators that only work with couples hosting events of a certain size and budget. But that's not reality for the majority of couples getting married. You planning your wedding and wanting to just elope because it's so stressful? THAT is real life- and we can help.⁠

We are here for YOU. We think every couple deserves to have a stress-free experience leading up to their big day, with professional support to guide them through the last few hectic weeks of bringing everything together. 

How soon should I book your services?

We are ready to start helping you on your wedding journey at any stage! While our services packages don't officially start until 8-12 weeks before your event at the earliest, we do recommend booking us at least 6 months before your event date, if not before. Planning typically ramps up approximately 6 months before the big day, and regardless of what service level you book, we are ready and available to assist. Answering questions, offering advice, or even recommending some vendors if you still have a few you are looking to book.

For our Design package, whether in connection with a coordination plan or not, the sooner we can start, the better. We want to make sure you have ample time with your vendor list so you can secure all your necessary services as soon as possible. Typically couples utilizing this service will book with us 1-1.5 years in advance.

What is the different between a Wedding Coordinator, and a Wedding Planner?

A Wedding Planner is a person who works with you to plan your wedding months or years in advance. This person books the caterers and the band, sketches out the vision with florists and the venue, helps with managing your budget, makes sure the invitations are sent out on time, etc

A Wedding Coordinator is responsible for making sure the vision and scheme YOU created is executed properly. For example, she may not be in charge of the seating plan but she ensures place cards are numbered correctly and placed in the proper spot, personal decor pieces are arranged and displayed on the day the way you want, and the set up and timeline are both executed on the day.
